Baked Feta Recipe of of 16-08-2019
There baked feta is another recipe I tasted during my recent stay in Greece. It is a very tasty vegetarian dish, obviously typical of Greek gastronomy, very simple and very quick to do. You will only need a bowl suitable for cooking in the oven, preferably also nice, so you can use it as a serving dish, cut a few ingredients and voilà, in 30 minutes everything will be ready! The ingredients that make up the dish are all Mediterranean and easy to find: onion, cherry tomatoes, peppers, olives and oregano.
But nothing prevents you from personalizing the dish as you like, getting each time a baked feta with a different flavor: P
How to make baked feta
Wash the vegetables, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
Put the feta, in a single whole piece, in a bowl suitable for cooking in the oven.
Spread the vegetables over the cheese, covering it, then season with salt, pepper, oil and oregano.
Then put in a preheated convection oven and cook for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
The baked feta is ready, serve it immediately.
